Total Food Package specializes in allergen-free dry blending services for a wide range of food products. Our state-of-the-art, 26,000 square foot facility features advanced blending equipment, including a 30 cubic foot Sanitary Marion Paddle Mixer and a stainless steel ribbon blender. These machines ensure precise and efficient blending for various batch sizes and product types. The facility is climate-controlled, maintaining a temperature of 70 degrees and humidity regulated to 50% or less, to ensure optimal product quality.

We do not allow any of the top 9 allergens into the facility and maintain rigorous protocols to prevent cross-contamination. We are certified organic through Oregon Tilth, kosher through Kosher Michigan, and gluten-free through GF-Finder. We can also add your company to our existing certifications for a nominal fee, simplifying the certification process for your products.

Our minimum dry blend size is 150 pounds with a minimum charge of $1,500 per SKU.

Do you source ingredients for custom dry blends?

We can source dry ingredients for you if needed, or you can provide them. We also stock some common dry food ingredients in our facility.

Can I ship supplies directly to your facility for blending?

Yes, once your order is accepted, you can ship dry ingredients and packaging materials directly to Total Food Package.

What size packages can you process?

We can handle a wide range of package sizes, from 1-ounce pouches to 1,000-pound bulk bags.

What are your custom dry blend batch sizes?

Our custom blending batch sizes range from 150 to 1,100 pounds per blend. We have a daily blending capacity of 20,000 pounds.

We focus on dry blending and packaging. We do not provide food product development, formulation, nutrition analysis, or label creation services.

Do you handle liquid ingredients?

We primarily work with dry ingredients. However, we can add small amounts of liquid colorings or flavorings to dry blends.

Can you label jars?

Yes, we can label round and square jars.

Can you store finished dry blends, raw materials, and packaging supplies?

Yes, we offer storage for finished goods, raw materials, and packaging supplies for a fee.

Do you offer order fulfillment?

We do not handle individual order fulfillment. However, we can ship pallet or case quantities to your 3PL, Amazon, or other storage facilities via UPS or LTL freight.
